This Thursday, Vice President JD Vance, Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and his deputy, Admiral Brian Christine, formally presented the document that demonstrates how doctors and hospitals promoted and profited from the fraud of gender medicine. The document alleges that professionals and clinics persuaded minors to undergo surgeries and hormonal treatments for mere economic interest.
"The findings raise serious doubts about what was told to parents, what was communicated to insurers, and how these procedures were billed," Kennedy stated during the press conference, emphasizing that the Trump administration is taking a historic step to combat this business.

An abominable and multimillion-dollar fraud
More than 225 hospitals and clinics that made an insurance claim nationwide between 2015 and 2025 were surveyed, revealing that nearly 50 million dollars were billed for puberty blockers under code E34.9 (Unspecified endocrine disorder). Additionally, nearly 11 million dollars were recorded in billings for patients aged 13 to 17 using code E30.1 (Precocious puberty).
Trump officials referred this tracking of funds to the Department of Justice and the Office of the Inspector General of health for possible violations of federal law. "If the medical system has failed the kids, we will go all the way and demand accountability," Christine stated at the conference.
During that conference, it was revealed that Rachel Levine, the transgender individual who served as Deputy Secretary of Health under the Biden administration, promoted these interventions. "There is nothing caring about that. These are mutilating procedures and a rejection of biological sex," Christine emphasized.
