Amid the changes in Eugenia “la China” Suárez's life and her relationship with Benjamín Vicuña, new details have emerged about the agreement they are negotiating regarding their children. According to Marina Calabró on Primicias Ya, the main goal is not to discuss custody, but to establish concrete rules that ensure the well-being of the kids.
The journalist was emphatic in clarifying the scope of the conversations: “Shared custody agreement does not mean going for custody. They asked me to clarify this emphatically: it does not mean going for custody, it does not revoke any travel permission, nothing.” The focus, then, would be on organizing the family dynamics in light of possible changes in residence.
One of the central points of dialogue between the parties relates to timing and, especially, the children's schooling. According to the information provided by Calabró, they seek to establish concrete deadlines and specific dates so that the kids can organize their lives between the two countries without losing classes.
“That the kids have guaranteed the school year without losing weeks of classes through international schools or whatever, but that it is guaranteed that they can fulfill the academic year, the school year, without problems, like any child, even if they have to do it in two countries,” detailed the host.

Residence and possible changes in scenario
For now, Vicuña's place of residence would be Argentina. However, the scenario could change if la China Suárez and Mauro Icardi establish their residence abroad. “The agreement is based on moving to live abroad,” sources from the negotiations indicated.
In this context, questions also arose about where the footballer will settle and how family life will be organized in the coming months. The doubts revolve around the continuity of the school year and how the shared custody times will be distributed.
Meanwhile, the lawyers for both parties continue to discuss how the rest of the year will proceed with the children. The priority, according to sources, is that the kids do not have their educational routine or emotional stability interrupted.
The agreement ultimately seeks to limit public exposure and organize parental coexistence in light of a possible change in the actress's country of residence.
The confidentiality clause that generates the most attention
But the point that attracted the most attention is the possibility of including a confidentiality clause related to the minors. As Calabró explained, the intention would be to protect matters related to the kids and prevent certain details of the agreement from becoming public.
“The idea is to request confidentiality regarding issues related to the children,” she said, clarifying that it would not technically be a “gag order” or a precautionary measure. The proposal would be for the agreement itself to establish which aspects cannot be made public.
“That the agreement includes confidentiality. In the terms of the agreement, that point one, point two, point three cannot be disclosed, and that no one speaks publicly about situations that involve them,” the journalist added.
In this way, while la China Suárez and Benjamín Vicuña seek to organize the family dynamics in light of possible changes in residence, the focus would be on guaranteeing their children's schooling, establishing specific dates and places for shared custody, and especially keeping matters involving them confidential.
In parallel, it has been reported that Vicuña is considering taking legal action against Suárez for a controversial post in which he was publicly questioned and ironically called “father of the year.” The information, also disseminated by Calabró and reproduced on other programs, generated surprise and raised questions about the true state of the relationship between the parents.
