How much is the increase for commercial employees

The agreement establishes an increase of 5% over the basic scales in force as of March 2026. The increase is applied in a phased manner:

  • 2% in April 2026 1.5% in May 2026

  • 1.5% in June 2026

calculation base includes the basic salary plus the non-remunerative sums in

force at that date.

Non-remunerative sums: how they are paid

The agreement maintains and adds non-remunerative items during the April-June period:

  • Extension of sums of $40,000 and $60,000 Addition of

  • a fixed sum of $20,000 per month
