A piece of the ceiling of a classroom at Primary School No. 11 in Luján collapsed and fell directly onto the students' desks, in an incident that once again highlighted the worrying state of public education in Buenos Aires under the management of the Kirchnerist Axel Kicillof.
The detachment was recorded in a video that later went viral and allowed viewers to see the aftermath of the collapse inside the classroom.
The images show large fragments of plaster and masonry materials scattered over the tables and chairs used by the students.

The incident raised alarm among parents, aides, and teachers' unions due to the risk posed by the detachment of a part of the ceiling in a classroom full of students. The recorded material also reveals the visible state of humidity and deterioration of the infrastructure before the section finally gave way.
Fortunately, the collapse did not cause any injuries. According to the information released, this was because the detachment occurred at a time when there were no children present in that part of the classroom.
However, the incident raised concerns among the families of the students regarding the safety conditions of the establishment.
