Instagram has begun to implement one of the most anticipated features by its users: the ability to reorganize the profile feed without relying on the chronological order of posts.
The feature had been anticipated over a year ago by Adam Mosseri, CEO of Instagram, and has finally started to roll out to the platform's mobile applications.

What changes in Instagram with the feed reorganization
The main novelty is that users can now move posts within their profile grid according to their preferences.
Until now, the order of posts was determined by the publication date. With this update, it will be possible to modify the location of each piece of content regardless of when it was shared.
From Meta, they acknowledged that the launch took longer than expected. In statements to USA Today, the company explained: "We know this has been delayed for a long time, but we wanted to take the necessary time to do it right."

How to reorganize Instagram profile posts
The new tool is available directly from each user's profile. To access the feature, follow these steps:
Go to the Instagram profile.
Press and hold any post in the grid.
Select the option "Reorder Grid".
Drag the posts to the desired position.
