The young man accompanied his father during the civil ceremony in San Isidro and shared how he welcomed the host from the beginning of the relationship
For the young man, the visit to the Civil Registry did not change the place that Prandi already occupied among them. On the contrary, he considered that the ceremony only formalized an integration that had occurred naturally several years ago.
“We accepted Julieta from day one. She has always been one more in the family, but today it can be said that it has been officialized, and she is already one more Ortega,” he emphasized.
The couple handled the preparations with absolute discretion. In fact, Bautista did not receive a formal invitation to learn the news; instead, he found out during an unexpected visit to his father's house.
“My dad is not a man of many words. I found out once I went to the house, and he said to me: ‘We have something to tell you with Julieta’,” he recalled.
In that conversation, Emanuel and Julieta communicated the decision and showed him the engagement ring. The revelation took him by surprise but was received with enthusiasm.
“And they told me they were getting married, showed me the ring, and obviously, I was very happy for both of them. But it’s not like he called me to meet up. It was spontaneous. I went to the house by chance, and he told me because otherwise, I don’t know if he would have told me,” he recounted with laughter.
The wedding of Emanuel Ortega and Julieta Prandi not only marked a new stage for the couple but also the consolidation of the blended family they built during their six years of relationship. This was expressed by Bautista, the singer's eldest son, who spoke publicly after the ceremony.
The young man was one of the guests at the civil ceremony held on Tuesday, September 15, in San Isidro. His sister India, his grandparents Palito Ortega and Evangelina Salazar, and some of the closest relatives of the host also participated.
Once the gathering was over, Bautista spoke with Marina Calabró for Primicias Ya (América TV). Far from limiting himself to congratulating the newlyweds, he explained what Prandi means to the family and highlighted the happiness she brought back to his father.
Bautista shared that he took advantage of the ring exchange to dedicate a few words to the protagonists. At that moment, he spoke of the affection he feels for the host and the change he observed in Emanuel since they began their relationship.
“The truth is that I am very happy for both of them. I love Julieta very much, and that’s what I told her when they handed over the rings: ‘Since she came into my dad's life, my dad has been much happier; you can see it in his eyes, in his gaze, in his face, and that makes me very happy for him’,” he expressed.
