Officers from the 13 A Neighborhood Police Station arrived at the scene and intercepted Facundo Moyano along with who would be his partner, model Candela Arizaga. According to the police report, the union representative was hostile and reluctant to cooperate with the personnel during the first minutes of the procedure.
The medical and police report indicated that both showed signs compatible with drug use. The young woman exhibited a severe state of agitation and decompensation, apparently resulting from a drug-induced episode. For this reason, the presence of SAME was urgently requested, which immediately transported her to Pirovano Hospital for stabilization and medical assistance.

The criminal case was filed in the Northern Prosecutor's Unit. There, the first measures of evidence were established to clarify the crimes of drug possession and resistance to authority, in addition to the main charges of injuries and unlawful deprivation of liberty.
