According to the police report released by various media, the building manager alerted the agents after observing that Moyano had left the building behind a woman.
Both were intercepted in the vicinity of Virrey Vértiz and Sucre. Arizaga received medical assistance, and Moyano was held at the police station while the Prosecutor's Office proceeded with the initial evidence-gathering measures.
The investigators requested security camera footage, testimonies, and studies aimed at reconstructing what happened. For now, the accusations are under investigation, and Moyano maintains his presumption of innocence until the Justice determines his responsibility.
