They wanted to nationalize private property. They couldn't. They aimed for the nationalization of genders. And fortunately, they are not succeeding either.
They have the unconscious fantasy that the nationalization of bodies will enable the nationalization of property in the future.
But this will not work for them either. At least not here.
They will not be able to take away our ability to live our sexuality outside of the State, to impose the state gaze on us. It came to establish categories and rewards for those who submit, and persecution and punishment for those who do not.
That is why, just as I rebelled when they wanted to end the greatest bastion that liberalism gave us and that makes being (private property), I continue to rebel against this control of bodies that the State has proposed in recent years, establishing colorful categories that hide darkness.
The individual facing the power of the State
I am excited about liberalism. Because I believe above all in the individual. I do not need the State to perceive myself as I wish.
On the contrary, I detest when the State comes to impose gender categories, whose purpose, as we already know, is to classify and control.
The only distinction I accept from the State, and it is because it makes our lives better, is the biological distinction between XX and XY. In the case of a crime, for example, the State cannot accept self-perception over chromosomal identity. If an XY commits a crime, it cannot be locked up with an XX. Especially if the crime committed by the XY, who now claims to self-identify as XX, was to violate an XX. The State cannot lock him in a zoo to continue hunting because he becomes a necessary accomplice for the crime to continue happening. Just as the State cannot allow an XY to enter a ring to fight someone who is guaranteed to lose, because he becomes a necessary accomplice for the XY's victory, always the strongest, to happen.
In fact, for me, that is the information that should appear on the ID. Female, male, etc., are data that should not be relevant to the State. The other information is crucial because it is not chosen, it comes with us and is crucial in sports and in punishment for crimes.
Note: I include within the XY the chromosomal variation XXY, which rarely occurs and always comes with a penis that is not decorative.
But regarding the other, what is this about allowing the State, the most powerful of powers, to come and label me in order to limit me?!
Self-perception cannot become an obligation for others
The State has no right to interfere with my gender. Just as I do not have the right to ask the State, which is all of us, to see me as I see myself. Simply because I cannot demand that others see me as I self-perceive. That is plain and simple fascism. Imposing by force on others a view they do not have of me will always be authoritarian. And a sign of weakness. If I need to order the other to see me as I see myself, it reveals a great insecurity regarding what I claim to be.
That is why the unrestricted right to the life project of others is important. They have the right to see me as they wish, and I have the right to see others as I want. The only limit that exists is equally imposed by criminal law. When someone crosses the line, then the State must intervene. Which, for everyone's convenience, must act by punishing those who violate the law.
